Steve Wilner, Business Development Manager
Steve joined YPP in 2009 with over twenty years of experience in the outsourced human resources and payroll services industry, including fifteen years of highly successful B2B sales experience. Throughout his career, Steve has helped hundreds of mid-sized businesses throughout Northern California achieve the benefits and return on investment of outsourcing human resources. Steve's broad business background, including an MBA from Santa Clara University as well as sales, technical and general management experience, gives him a keen understanding of the challenges faced everyday by business owners and managers. Prior to YPP, Steve held sales and sales management positions with ThinkHR, HRhome, Paychex and ADP. He has received numerous awards and recognitions for outstanding sales achievement, including 7 President's Clubs (ADP), and 2 Conferences (Paychex) as well as national awards for superior individual sales performance. Steve is the proud father of two teenage boys and makes his home in Dublin, California with his wife, Liz. An avid mountain biker, Steve can usually be found on Saturday mornings riding in the hills of the Bay Area and Saturday afternoons nursing tired legs in the hot tub in his back yard. He is also very involved with his boys' various school and sports activities, especially the wrestling team at Foothill High School.
