Sandra J. Dickerson, CEO and HR Director
Involved in the PEO industry since 1987, Sandra has specialized in ensuring the quality of human resource services provided to our clients and employees. Sandra has devoted many years to the development and long-term interests of the PEO industry by very active participation. She was the President for the California Chapter of NAPEO, the industry’s national association, previously served on the national board and chaired its’ Government Affairs Committee, and continues to serve on California’s Leadership Council. She was a founding member of the Certification Institute, a national board certifying workers' compensation Best Practices for the PEO industry. In addition, she was appointed in 2003 to Insurance Commissioner Garamendi's task force on workers' compensation, which led to many of the significant reforms responsible for reductions in workers’ compensation costs for businesses. She is a member of the California and American Bar Associations and currently serves as President of the United Way of Northern Santa Barbara County.
Cynthia A. McKellar, CEO
Cindy has worked in the PEO and Staffing Employment industries since 1987. As co-CEO of Your People Professionals, she specializes in the financial operations, ensuring the accurate and timely payment of wages, taxes, workers' compensation, and benefit administration. Cindy has served as a Secretary and Director for CAPEO, President of the Industry Education Council, and board member for United Way of the Central Coast and Treasurer for the St. Joseph High School Booster Club. Her current community activities include serving as the Chairman of the Board for the Santa Maria Valley Chamber of Commerce, member of the Santa Maria Economic Development Commission, board member of the Pacific Conservatory of the Performing Arts and an active Rotarian.
