Mary Martinez-Tkach, CA SPHR, Sr. Human Resource Manager
Mary Martinez-Tkach has an extensive background in Human Resources and Employee Relations in small business and corporate arenas including Macy’s and Pacific Capital Bancorp. In her past positions Mary provided expertise in employee discipline, sexual harassment and workplace investigation, leave of absence management, benefits and compensation management and administration, AAP compliance, performance management, and employee training and development. Mary has a Senior Professional in Human Resources certification from the Society for Human Resource Management and a Professional Designation in Human Resources Management from UCLA Extension. Mary is a graduate of Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo.
Lynn Fernbaugh, Human Resource Manager
Lynn began her career in employment and training more than 25 years ago in the Central San Joaquin Valley as the Director of one of the first programs in the nation which trained and placed women in non-traditional careers. She has also served as the Executive Director of a private vocational school, working closely with employers to develop job training programs to meet the employment needs of the community. Later, in her many years as a private consultant, she provided a variety of training, business development and marketing services to both the public and private sectors. Lynn was certified as a NXLevel instructor, offering a comprehensive business development program to entrepreneurs through the Small Business Development Center in Fresno, CA. She is a graduate of California State University, Fresno and attended the San Joaquin College of Law.
