Laura graduated with honors from CSU, Sacramento with a BA degree in Psychology. She has over ten years of experience as a Corporate Recruiter working for companies such as MCI, PRIDE Industries (Sacramento’s Top 10 Employer), Den-Mat (leader in cosmetic dentistry) and TrueLink (a division of TransUnion). In this capacity, Laura has done full-cycle recruiting for Human Resource Managers, Vice President Level of Marketing and Operations, various Manufacturing positions, Call Center positions, as well as Sales. Some of her career accomplishments include: at MCI’s Sacramento office, Laura achieved the goal of expanding their call center by 22% in a 3-month period; being instrumental in setting up PRIDE’s operations in three states, helping the company grow to operations in four states with 3800 employees during her employment; and reducing the time to hire ratio by 37% at Truelink, through a focused energy on recruiting and keeping managers on track with scheduling interviews and candidate feedback.
