Strategic Partners - EW Partners Inc.
Your People Professionals (“YPP”) have added resources to assist you with all of your Human Resource needs. YPP has developed a professional relationship with EW Partners, Inc., a boutique Human Resource consulting company, located in the Northern California town of Pleasanton. EW has an 18 year reputation of providing excellent Human Resource assistance to small and medium size companies, and doing it at a price that a small business can afford.
EW has no specific industry focus. EW works with small and medium size companies that do not have the internal resources needed to accomplish all of their Human Resource needs.
EW is first and foremost, a consulting company. It is not a Professional Employer Organization (“PEO”) like YPP and therefore, EW refers all interested PEO clients to YPP.
EW provides consulting services in the following areas:
· Compensation – EW builds salary structures with grade ranges and position descriptions, and designs Executive and Production Incentive Plans. EW also develops Equity Strategies and handles Board of Director compensation needs.
· Benefits – EW does not provide benefits like YPP does, but, EW will help clients design a cost effective benefit program and turn your benefit plans into meaningful, important aspects of your employees compensation program rather than have them as an entitlement.
· Employee Relations – EW assists with conflict resolution issues, develops employment agreements, provides assistance with workforce reduction strategies, and offers to those displaced, outplacement assistance.
· Training – EW custom designs training programs for your organization based on your needs, and conducts the training with a senior consultant who can provide answers to participant’s questions. EW does not provide online training; it deals with participants face-to-face.
· Employee Assessment and Survey Services – EW provides employee survey assistance and strategies to assist you with the development and growth of your staff.
· Executive Search Services – EW provides retained search services in situations where you need a resource to find that “difficult to find” person.
