Sandra Dickerson
CEO & HR Director
Involved in the HR Management industry since 1987 Sandra specializes in ensuring the quality of human resources services provided to YPP clients. She is a member of the California and American Bar Associations and has served on nonprofit boards for many years, including the Natural History Museum, the Santa Maria Enterprise Center and currently as incoming President of the Northern Santa Barbara County United Way.
Cynthia Mckellar
CEO
Cindy has also worked in the HR Management Industry since 1987. As co-CEO of YPP, she specilizes in financial operations. Cindy has served on nonprofit boards throughout her career and understands the challenges and rewards of communtiy service. She is currently the incoming Chairman Elect and Treasurer of the Santa Maria Valley Chamber of Commerce.
Lynn Fernbaugh
HR Manager
Lynn joined YPP in 2006 bringing more than 25 years of business, human resources and training experience. She currently serves as an HR Manager, providing HR consulation, management and training services. Lynn has served on several nonprofit boards throughout her career.
Scott W. Dunn, CIC Byars, Thompson Buchanan
Scott W. Dunn has been insuring non-profits and serving as a non-profit Board member and officer for over 30 years. Dunn attained his Certified Insurance Counselor designation (CIC) in 1997. He oversees the insurance program for several non-profit organizations on the Central Coast.
