Meet Tom See your advisor for Unionization Issues in your business. Tom has practical experience and a deep understanding of the current and future rules related to unionization.
Tom has successfully managed numerous union organizing campaigns against the Teamsters, Operating Engineers, Food and Commercial Workers and the IBEW. Tom was appointed to the Panel of Arbitrators, American Arbitration Association. Tom has recently worked with the SEIU and United Steelworkers in resolving contract issues and grievances and negotiated contracts with the Steel Workers, Food, Commercial Workers and Oil, Chemical, and Atomic Workers unions.
