Employees of YPP clients are eligible to sign up for our new program to help them work fit and healthy habits into their busy lives. And, you’ll enjoy the “No guilt. No grief.” approach. With YPP FitTM you get regularly scheduled weekly support from fitness experts and on-going access to them via e-mail to answer your questions and give you extra guidance. YPP FitTM also provides access to monthly training calls run by fitness experts. A one-on-one consultation with these professionals can cost up to $150 per hour, you can get in on this for only $4 a week!
