Human Resources Consulting Services
HR Management Consulting services can be engaged with or without other services. Our typical service configuration is a retainer based service contract. Under this agreement we bill a fixed amount each month and then manage the work load under that resource. The retainer gives the client a known expense and it allows YPP to plan its workload to insure that sufficient professionals are available to service our client base. As we get a better understanding of the business we adjust the retainer so the resource fits the requirements of your business. This is very similar in processing to engaging staff except you can staff positions at substantially less than full time.
