Sandra Dickerson and Cindy McKellar become Co-CEOs of EW Business Partners
It is with great pleasure that we announce that two great HR companies, Your People Professionals (“YPP”) and EW Partners, will join forces to offer a broad range of HR Consulting and Outsourcing Services. Our teams share a passion for delivering outstanding HR services and high touch customer service that is customized to meet the needs of each and every client. Founded in 1984, YPP is based in Santa Maria, California and boasts an impressive list of clients across the state and in a wide variety of industries. EW Partners, an outgrowth of John, Parry & Alexander which was founded in 1995, is based in Pleasanton, California and has developed a significant amount of expertise in the community banking vertical.
Effective April 1, 2014, EW Partners will become EW Business Partners, Inc. and will continue to operate with the same staff and from the current office location in Pleasanton. Dennis Wootten and Steve Enna, founders of EW Partners, will continue to be an integral part of the team and will continue to provide strategic level consulting to both existing and new clients of both companies. Sandra Dickerson and Cindy McKellar, who are the Co-CEOs of YPP, will also be Co-CEO’s of EW Business Partners. The staff and operations of YPP will be unchanged.
Now, YPP’s clients will have access through EW to the wealth of experience of senior level, strategic management consulting on which EW has built its business. And, EW’s clients will have access to a broader array of HR outsourcing and employee management options, including recruiting, employee benefits, and psychometric assessments.
Sandra, Cindy, Steve and Dennis have known each other professionally for nearly five years and have worked together in serving several clients. In that time, they have developed a mutual respect for their shared HR expertise, professionalism, and integrity. Thus, the joining of our teams is a perfect fit and one that we are confident will benefit the clients and future clients of both organizations.
