Understanding that they needed help in several areas of HR that left them exposed, a technology company that had undergone major corporate restructuring turned to YPP for the HR expertise they didn’t have in-house. We worked with the management team to bring HR policies and practices into compliance, including an initial HR audit, updated handbook, training for managers in basic HR, and sexual harassment training compliance. In addition, our HR professionals assisted with some complex HR issues to proactively address issues and avoid potentially high legal and financial costs, including leave of absence management. On an ongoing basis, YPP serves as HR resource which the company has made available to all employees and managers.
